Christ told his apostles that He is the bread of life. However, it is easy to get consumed with the busyness of the world and forget that he is all-sufficient. This week Fr. Ian challenges us to remember that the commandments of Christ are good and that He is all-sufficient, even in the midst of all we need to do.
